More to follow. I just wanted to reassure my friends who thought I might be spending the holiday in the psych ward at Harborview Medical Center.
I'm back home in my studio apartment at Fred Lind Manor--Younger Son and Andrea helped me get all my things (and me, of course) over here yesterday afternoon.
Christmas morning--it's raining, but I'm not going anywhere. Younger Son will be here early in the afternoon for our typical gathering, albeit somewhat scaled down. No tree, for example. Gifts. Food. Games. Laughter.
I'm hoping to get a Christmas carol or two out of him--after all, he did sing with the Seattle U choir for three years! In case he won't, I have the choir's holiday CD, plus one more that they produced.
Older Son is invited, and I'm hoping he will show up, even for half an hour to collect his gifts.
Gotta go--I still have presents to wrap and I'd like to take a shower. I'm in my grey sweats now and jeans.
Love to all of you,
Jeanne
Hallelujah !!! Merry Christmas.

Liebe Jeanne - your coming home is a true christmas gift! And so, as Tiny Tim in Charles Dickens "Christmas Carol" observed, God bless us, Every One!

Wonderful news, Jeanne! I haven't been on here that much, dealing with some treatment issues, but it's nice to finally see things go your way. Let's hope the positivity continues into the New Year!
